What happens if I do not show up to my appointment? 
As mentioned in our Lessons overviews, customers have 24 hours prior to the lesson to reschedule. If it is within 24 hours, you can call and inquire about rescheduling, but there is no garuntee we will be able to get you in - it will depend on teacher availability.
How can I set up recurring lessons?
Email mattyinstruct@gmail.com or ask your student's teacher about recurring meetings and we will reach out to you to discuss further.

Is there an advanced lesson?
Currently we only offer beginner and intermediate lessons. However, advanced curriculum is currently being researched and will be under development soon. We want to ensure that our curriculum is a sufficient complexity and very thorough before deploying it.
What is the refund policy?
If it the lesson is within the next 24 hours, you may not request a refund. If it is before this period, contact mattyinstruct@gmail.com to cancel and we will refund you in the next few days.
I live outside of El Dorado Hills, can I still schedule a lesson?
If you live outside EDH, you can still schedule a lesson at the instructors house. Depending on how far away you live, instructors may be willing to commute to your location. Reach out to us at mattyinstruct@gmail.com to find out for your location.
